Questions 1 and 2 are linked in many ways, and so I’d like to answer them together in order to give the important context that they require.
The state of Georgia has a health care delivery system that is in crisis, and rural hospitals are in jeopardy. Hospitals in urban areas are struggling to keep up with the demand of uninsured patients. The Georgia GOP has failed the citizens of our state.
